Shipping policy
The delivery time for your order is between 1-5 days, depending on your location.
Orders are shipped via Bovo. For the most up-to-date information, feel free to contact us at hi@gojenie.co .
If you are not at the provided address when the courier attempts delivery, your package will be left at the nearest branch. You will need to collect it from there. The courier holds packages for 3 business days; after this period, the package will be returned to us. For more details, contact hi@gojenie.co
For returns and exchanges, please fill out our return form. After completing the form, send your package to us using the provided return code. Customers are responsible for returning items to us. We cannot be held responsible for items sent to the wrong address. For support, please email us at hi@gojenie.co .

Please note that during promotional periods, processing and shipping times may increase due to a higher volume of orders.
Gojenie ships only on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends will be processed the next business day.
If your Gojenie package arrives incomplete or damaged during shipment, please retain the shipping box, Gojenie products, and their outer packaging. Email hi@gojenie.co within 5 business days with photos of the damage, and we’ll assist you further.
Once your package leaves our warehouse, the shipping carrier becomes responsible for it. We are not liable for packages lost or stolen during transit or after delivery. We recommend filing a claim through the courier’s website. If the courier cannot resolve the issue, contact us at hi@gojenie.co with your claim details, and we will assist you.
